A three (3) hour, Saturday, instructional workshop that will allow you to learn from and participate in the following discussion:
Basic Nutrition on Carbohydrate Counting, Glycemic index, Fiber, Water, Sugar Alcohols, Sugar Substitutes, Protein, and Fat facts
Meal Planning review of Label reading, Portion sizes, Meal replacements, Alcohol and Eating Out, Guidelines for low blood sugar and sick day, and a session on planning a sample menu.
